Head of chambers at the Chambers of Udian Sharma, having an expertise in the Dispute Resolution practice, with a primary focus on Litigation, Arbitration, Contracts and Debt Recovery.

Mr. Sharma, as an Advocate-on-Record at the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, primarily practises before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, and before the various High Court in matters focussing on inter alia, Constitutional & Commercial Laws, Arbitration law, Banking & Cyber laws, Land Acquisition Laws, Real Estate, Company Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, White Collar Crimes. He also advises clients on Corporate Advisory and other General Corporate Work.

Mr. Sharma has been regularly appearing before various Tribunals as well, namely CAT, NCLAT, PMLA AT and NCDRC in matters ranging from Insurance, Banking, Service to Consumer. He has also extensively advised clients through the pre-arbitration/ litigation stage, assessing in conciliatory efforts and effective resolution of disputes.

Ms. Aneja has diversified experience in the field of Intellectual Rights, Civil & Contractual Law and Criminal law, with over 10 years of practice. Her expertise lies in dealing with disputes arising out of Trademark Disputes, Franchisee Litigation, land acquisition related litigation, ad-hoc arbitrations, contractual claims, recovery of debts, insolvency proceedings, matrimonial and surrogacy laws.

Mr. Khurana, who was previously associated as the Group Legal Counsel with Knowlarity Communications as an in-house legal counsel for a leading Sequoia-backed start-up. He specialises in the field of Information and Technology and Intellectual Property Rights. Mr. Khurana has an experience in corporate legal matters encompassing venture capital investments and general corporate law.
